Freedom

What does Freedom mean?
The space between what happens to you and what you do next. Freedom is less about having every door open and more about choosing which one to walk through.
Another way of seeing Freedom
We picture freedom as escape: the resignation letter, the one-way ticket. But you can leave everything behind and still carry the same cage with you. The freedom that lasts lives in the pause — the half-second before you react, where you decide who you'll be. No one can take that space from you. Most of us just forget it's there.
Freedom in relationships
Love that lasts leaves the door unlocked. The people who stay because they're free to go are the ones who are truly with you.
Freedom in everyday life
Catch one ‘I have to’ today and test it by saying ‘I choose to’ instead. If it rings true, do it with a lighter heart. If it doesn't, you may have just found something to let go of.
Carry this with you
Freedom lives in the pause before you react.
