Alignment

a·lign·ment

What does Alignment mean?

When your days point in the same direction as your values. Alignment is your life pulling together rather than apart.

Another way of seeing Alignment

A car that's slightly out of alignment still drives. It just pulls to one side, wears down its tyres and tires out the driver. Lives work the same way. You can be busy, successful and admired and still feel that constant drag. The fix is rarely dramatic: a few small turns of the wheel, until effort starts to feel like flow.

Alignment in relationships

Two people don't need identical dreams to be aligned, only dreams that don't pull against each other. Every so often it's worth asking: are we still heading somewhere together?

Alignment in everyday life

Look at your week and mark what feels like flow and what feels like drag. Change one thing in the drag column, even slightly.

Carry this with you

Small turns of the wheel change the whole direction.
